Earl grey is a timeless blend. We mix our Ceylon black tea with blue cornflowers and a touch of bergamot oil. While it is typically consumed alone, it can be combined with milk and sugar for a different experience.

1:16 coffee-to-water, 200°F
Bloom 30s, then pour in slow circles over 3–4 minutes.
French Press

Steep 4 minutes, then plunge slowly.
